2015: Our colleague Andrew Behan has been register-diving again and writes: "I think that this three year old girl was Holly Susan Whitlock. The registers record her death in the Borough of Camden, (aged three) in April 1989 and that her date of birth was the 31st May 1985 - both dates that tally with those on the plaque. The registers also show that her birth registered in the London Borough of Havering in July 1985 and that her mother's maiden name was Baker. Can't find anything further but I'm confident that this is the full name of the little girl commemorated on the plaque."
