Plaque

Susan Garth

Inscription

On this site Susan Garth launched London's first antiques market making the Portobello Road an international institution.

"Antiques market" might means a shop with multiple stalls inside selling antiques, run by different people. A date would have been helpful. See June Aylward for a similar claim.
