Brig. Andrew Parker Bowles OBE

Born into an elite horsey family, close to the royals. 1960 commissioned into the Royal Horse Guards and stayed in the mounted services for much of his military career, based at Hyde Park Barracks. Was one of the first at the scene of the Hyde Park bomb in 1982. Retired from the army in 1994.

1973 married Camilla, divorced in 1995. 2005 he and his new wife attended the wedding of Camilla to Charles, Prince of Wales. Trustee of the Animals in War Memorial Fund.
