William Ranwell, 1797 - 1861, artist, military drawing master, lived here. 1849 - 1861.
We have found that the plaque was unveiled by the Mayor of Greenwich, but there is no indication that Greenwich Council actually erected it.

We failed to find this plaque in Dec-Jan 2017, but it is identical to that further south so see there for more details.
