Plaque

(lost) Tom Baker

Inscription

London County Council
Tom Baker, 1966 - 1966, bullshitter, works here but lives around the corner.

" London County Council"? We don't think so. A Sir Tom Baker has a bespoke tailoring business around the corner at 4 D’Arblay Street, where there is another similar plaque, in the window display, including the shop's phone number.
